Update: New MyUSF Portal

All USF System faculty, staff and students will be able to access many university business systems through the new portal.

TAMPA, Fla. (Aug. 6, 2010) -- As you are aware from previous communications, USF is transitioning to a new, single portal called MyUSF for all faculty, staff, and students. This new single sign-on portal will allow access to both administrative (GEMS, FAST) and academic (Blackboard) functions. It will be available beginning August 12th for the university community to preview.

As USF prepares for the new portal to go into full production, IT is inviting all university members to experience the new MyUSF features and help ensure it is meeting the needs of the community. The preview period will last until October 22 during which time the community will be able to use the features, review the site, and make suggestions to enhance usability.

eUSF and BlackBoard portals will continue to be accessible during the preview period and will include links to the preview site. The preview site requires NetID for access, which is the University single sign-on standard. The preview will have a mechanism for submission of feedback. We appreciate your help in making this new portal “the place” for effectively conducting your work at USF.
