Staff Senate Scholarships Awarded
TAMPA, Fla. (October 28, 2010) – The USF Staff Senate would like to congratulate the recipients of the fall 2010 “Dollars for Scholars” program.
The fall 2010 scholarship recipients are:
The Dollars for Scholars Fund (foundation fund number 520520) was established in 1994 to provide scholarships to USF staff members currently enrolled in for-credit courses. The fund is primarily supported through the Annual Faculty & Staff Campaign.
Eligibility requirements include the following:
Currently working on a USF campus as a full-time staff employee with permanent status
Achieved a minimum of six credit hours at USF during the last three semesters
Completed a minimum of six credit hours at USF during the last three semesters
Must be currently enrolled in the upcoming semester
Application must include a letter verifying current employment as a full-time staff employee with permanent status from your current, immediate supervisor.
The scholarship is awarded on a semester-by-semester basis. To apply, simply complete the application form and turn it in by the deadline.
