EthicsPoint Hotline Update

USF is committed to providing a safe, secure, and ethical place to work.  As a member of the USF community, you have a responsibility to voice compliance and ethics concerns, so that we can work together to resolve the issues while helping to cultivate a positive environment.

Need to voice your concern?

Employees have multiple ways to voice their concerns and questions about compliance and ethics situations at USF: their supervisor, the Compliance & Ethics Program, or EthicsPoint.   Regardless of the method used, employees are encouraged to raise their voices to share their questions and concerns regarding any situation they suspect has the potential to jeopardize the public’s trust in USF’s ability to conduct its business with integrity.

What is EthicsPoint?

It is a third-party maintained hotline which allows individuals to safely, securely, and anonymously report fraud, abuse, misconduct, and other violations of USF policies.  The EthicsPoint hotline is built to protect the identity of the reporter and provide a formal mechanism for prompt investigation, follow-up, and response to questions and concerns.

How do I report in EthicsPoint?

There are three easy ways to report in EthicsPoint from anywhere: 1) Access the EthicsPoint web site at and click on ‘file report’; 2) Click on the EthicsPoint icon located on the University Audit & Compliance home page at; and 3) Call 1.866.974.8411 to speak with an EthicsPoint compliance specialist who will help you enter your report.
