Chef Duff Goldman at USF Jan. 26

TAMPA, Fla. (Jan 21, 2011) – Reality TV star chef Duff Goldman appears at the USF Marshall Student Center Ballroom, Jan. 26 at 7 p.m. as part of the University Lecture Series. The informal interview will include questions submitted by the audience. A book signing and photos with audience members follows the talk. This event is free and open to the public.
The celebrity baker has recently published a new book, “Ace of Cakes: Inside the World of Charm City Cakes,” named for his bakery and his popular television series, which is on sale at the USF bookstore.
Goldman’s starring role on the Ace of Cakes followed several appearances on the Food Network’s cake competition Challenge series. The program has grown in popularity since its premiere in 2006. In addition to Ace of Cakes, Duff also stars in the Food Network series, The Best Thing I Ever Ate and he just completed several guest-starring roles in both TV and film, including Fox's King of the Hill and Walt Disney Pictures You Again.
