Candidate Forum at USF Sunday
TAMPA, Fla. (Feb. 18, 2011) – Candidates for Tampa mayor and Tampa City Council will be at the University of South Florida campus Sunday for a forum to meet students and the public just days before the city election takes place.
The event begins at 1:30 p.m. in the Marshall Student Center ballroom. Tampa city council candidates will be the focus at this time, followed by mayoral candidates appearing at 3 p.m. The event is sponsored by a number of organizations, including USF student government.
City elections will be held March 1.
