USF's Heart Walk Campaign Raises almost $40,500
A special thank you goes out to everyone who contributed to the success of USF's Heart Walk campaign, sponsored by the American Heart Association. This year, 368 students, faculty and staff participated in the Heart Walk on Nov. 5, raising almost $40,500 in contributions that will support heart disease and stroke research and education. Thank you to those who served as team captains and walkers, as well as those within the USF community who supported our team through donations and participation in fund raisers.
The Heart Walk promotes that heart healthy, physical activity can be done in a fun, friendly environment. Looking for physical activity ideas and inspiration?
