TAMPA, Fla. (Dec. 9, 2011) – On Thursday, Dec. 8, on the grassy area between the Marshall Student Center and the University of South Florida Bookstore, visiting art professor Jason Alzarus showcased a project titled Interactive Occupy Art Piece.
The concept of the piece was to precisely replicate signs from Occupy movements from all over the world. Onlookers walked among more than 100 signs reading the messages. They were encouraged to choose their favorite sign and hold it up while Alzarus, also an international photographer, took their photo.
