Alternate Mailing Addresses Must Be Updated by Jan. 16

Beginning Jan. 16, 2012, USF Human Resources will be sending the mailing address you have listed in GEMS Self-Service to People First. This change is a result of an enhancement to our People First interface that will allow you to have an updated mailing address with People First that can be different from your home address.

If you do not have a different mailing address, no action is necessary.

If you would prefer your mail to be sent to an alternate address or post office box, adjusting your mailing address will allow for that change. The Department of Management Services (DMS) will use your mailing address to send Open Enrollment materials, legislative updates and other information throughout the year.

USF employees who would like to make an adjustment to their mailing address may make their changes through GEMS Self Service. For instructions, click here. You may log into GEMS Self Service via the MyUSF portal.

In order for your address change to go to People First by Monday, Jan. 16, 2012, please make any changes in GEMS Self Service by Friday, Jan. 13, 2012.

If you have questions about making changes to your mailing address in GEMS Self Service, please contact your Benefits Representative in your HR Service Center, or your Regional HR Office.
