Free, On-Campus Smoking Cessation Session Offered on May 24

Are you ready to give up tobacco products completely? If you are determined to quit and would like help to do it, the AHEC Tools to Quit program may be right for you. 

The AHEC Tools to Quit program is a one-time, intense, two-hour seminar in which participants receive information on how to select and prepare for their own quit date. A trained Tobacco Cessation Specialist guides participants as they identify triggers and withdrawal symptoms, and brainstorms ways to cope with them.  

FREE nicotine replacement therapy (patches, gum and/or lozenges) will be provided. You must register here to participate in this smoking cessation program. Space is limited, so register early. 

The Tools to Quit program will be held on Thursday, May 24, 2012 from 5:30 - 7:30 pm in the USF Student Health Services Annex Conference Room (SHS 132). Registration will close on Monday, May 21, 2012. Please call (813) 974-3507 for more information.
