Week of Welcome

The campus-wide tradition aims to make new and returning students feel at home.

TAMPA, Fla. (Aug. 19, 2013) In the days leading up to the fall semester, the University of South Florida has a message for new and returning students: Welcome!

Each academic year, the university celebrates the beginning of the fall and spring semesters with the Week of Welcome (WOW) celebration. Beginning August 21, the WOW program is packed with social, informative, and academic events during which students will have the chance to interact with fellow students, faculty, and staff.

Throughout the celebration, USF student clubs and departments will host hundreds of events featuring free food, games, and more. Check out the complete WOW schedule here.
