Notice of Change to Voicemail Access

The Information Technology Communications team will be moving you to a new voicemail system, Cisco Unity. The old Avaya voice mail system is being phased out. The new advanced system will allow you to retrieve voice mail messages not only through the telephone, but also through Outlook and the Web using your NetID to login. 

You will receive a notification email from IT Communications the week before you’re scheduled to move to the new system. 

What to expect:

- We will be deactivating your current voicemail box during the process.
- You will have up to 10 days to retrieve any messages from old voicemail system.
- You’ll receive a new access telephone number and password to get started.
