Open Enrollment for the 2015 Plan Year

Open Enrollment will be held from October 20 – November 7.

Benefits Fair Dates
Please join us for our Benefits Fair and Wellness Expos to learn more about your plan choices and the changes that may affect you for the 2015 plan year.  We will have vendor representatives from all of the state sponsored benefits including Avmed, Florida Blue, Colonial, and Retirement!  We also have vendors that offer our USF employee special perks such as discounts or other services.

This year’s Benefits Fair and Wellness Expos will be held as follows:

Open Enrollment Dates
This year’s Open Enrollment period begins at 8 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 20, and ends at 6 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 7.

Open Enrollment Campus Wide Meetings
The Division of Human Resources will be holding two campus wide Open Enrollment Informational Meetings in BSN225 on November 3rd. The meetings will be from 9:00 am-10:30 am and from 2:00 pm- 3:30 pm. Each session will have time allotted at the end of the meeting to allow for personal questions to be answered by the Benefits team.

You do not need to RSVP to these meetings.

People first Help Sessions

We will offer People First Help Sessions for those employees who may need assistance navigating the People first website to make their open enrollment elections and changes.  You will need to bring your People First ID number, your password for the website and the social security number and date of birth for any dependents you may need to add to your coverage.
