Despite Severe Weather, USF Remains Open

Faculty, students and staff are urged to use caution and good judgment in traveling to campus.

TAMPA, Fla.  (Aug. 3, 2015) - Despite heavy rains and flooding in parts of the Tampa Bay region, the University of South Florida remains open as scheduled. Faculty, students and staff are urged to use caution and good judgment in traveling to campus. If members of the USF community live in areas impacted by severe flooding and are unable to travel safely, they should contact their supervisor or instructor regarding attendance flexibility.
 
Please be advised several parking lots may be temporarily closed due to flooding.
 
Should inclement weather force a USF System campus to close, an additional announcement will be made.
